CAREERS

Who thrives here.

A consulting firm that ships the recommendation is a different place to work than one that sells the deck.

Distribution center fulfillment line with conveyor sorting shipping boxes, the operational scale of GLOWINT's field work

We look for people who are comfortable in a warehouse and in a boardroom in the same week. The work spans borders, languages and operating norms, sometimes within a single engagement. You will be expected to hold a commercial conversation in Spanish or Portuguese, and to own a market rather than manage a slide.

Our consultants separate fact from assumption before they argue. They write in plain language because the audience is a board, not a peer review. They are interested in how a distribution network actually moves product, how a retail shelf gets set, and how a sourcing corridor holds when a port closes, not only in the slide that describes it. They would rather own a market than manage a slide.

If you are energized by the unglamorous middle of a transformation, where adoption is won or lost, this is a place where that work is taken seriously. The work spans aftermarket distribution, representation in market, and relocating supply closer to market.

A decision under uncertainty

A consultant joined GLOWINT from a firm that delivered strategy decks and departed before execution. The trade-off was between the higher salary of the old role and the chance to hold a recommendation and stand it up in the field. The choice was the field. Within the first year the consultant was running distributor visits across the Andean region, writing trip reports against a standard template, and seeing whether the shelf held, not whether the slide looked right.

WHERE THIS GOES NEXT

Where this usually starts.

A two-week diagnostic, on site, with your internal and external stakeholders. You get a written view of where the constraint actually sits, what it would take to move it, and whether we are the right firm to help. If we are not, we will say so.
