WHERE THIS USUALLY STARTS

The situations we recognize on the first call.

01

Your case studies have no dates and no bounded outcomes.

02

Your results are claimed, not evidenced.

03

Your engagements are described in deliverables, not in decisions made under uncertainty.

04

You have a portfolio of work and no proof it held.

The engagement

Challenge

The automotive line was acquired and had to shift out of existing European, Middle Eastern and African warehouse arrangements into a new distribution division.

Approach

The transition covered more than 30 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with distribution placed market by market, including Sapfire in Russia.

Outcome

Distribution transitioned across 14 countries in a seven-month window, with 100% of distributors and existing retailers transitioned, and five distribution centers closed in favor of in-country distribution networks.

This engagement sits within our Operations & Sustainability practice. For more documented evidence, see where our brands reach shelf.

A decision under uncertainty

A prospective client read a case study without a date and could not tell whether the result still held. The constraint was that an undated result is a story, not evidence. The trade-off was between publishing polished outcomes or publishing dated, bounded ones. GLOWINT chose the dates. A multi-decade track record is a strength only when the years are visible.
